关于中医诊断学闻诊的源流考与实际运用的探索

Research on the Origin and Practical Application of“Listening and Smelling”in Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医闻诊作为四诊之一,与望诊、问诊、脉诊在中医诊断学应用中有着同等的地位,四诊相互联系,不可单一而辨证。随着现代医学技术的发展,中医闻诊在临床上逐渐被忽略,其特色优势在实际临床运用中未能充分发挥展现。现为明确闻诊之原理,故对其源流进行系统考察,对闻诊特色优势之五音诊治进行相关考察分析,希望能促进其使用,使它能够真正进入到临床中去。

The listening and smelling of traditional Chinese medicine as one of the four diagnosis,listening and smelling,inspection,interrogation and pulse has the same status in the applications of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,four interconnected,not a single and syndrome differentiation.With the development of modern medical technology,traditional Chinese medicine has been gradually ignored in clinical practice.Its characteristic advantages have not been fully displayed in the actual clinical application.In order to make clear the principle of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper made a systematic investigation of its origin and analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of five tones,hoping to promote its use and make it truly enter the clinical practice.
