从少阳经选穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验

Experience on Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation by Selecting Points from Shaoyang Channel

腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是临床常见的腰痛原因,也是针灸治疗的优势病种。传统针灸治疗LDH取穴思路为腰背部足太阳经及腰夹脊局部取穴配合下肢远端取穴,对缓解疼痛有一定效果,但对改善活动受限,防止腰痛反复发作效果不佳。文章浅析通过“少阳”选穴治疗LDH所导致的腰痛及腰部活动障碍,并试从传统中医及现代医学理论方面对“少阳”论治LDH进行探讨,旨在为LDH的治疗提供新的思路.

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical cause of low back pain,and it is also the dominant disease in acupuncture treatment.Traditional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of LDH is based on the idea of selecting acupoints in the foot Taiyang meridian of the lower back and local acupoints on the lumbar Jiaji combined with acupuncture at the distal end of the lower limbs.It has a certain effect on alleviating pain,improving limited activities and preventing recurrent low back pain.This article analyzed the treatment of lumbar disc herniation caused by“shaoyang”acupoints to treat low back pain and lumbar movement disorders,and tries to select and discuss the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with“shaoyang”from traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical theories,which provides new ideas for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
