担截法治疗中风后遗症期运动性失语临床观察

Clinical Observation on Danjie Method in the Treatment of Motor Aphasia in Apoplexy Sequelae Stage

目的探讨比较传统方法与担截法治疗中风后遗症期运动性失语的效果。方法选取沈阳市中医院针灸科60例中风后遗症期运动性失语的患者,用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用担截法治疗中风患者,对照组采用风池、曲池等传统治疗方法。2组均保持20 d疗程,然后比较2组汉语失语成套测验(ABC)的评分变化、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)变化及临床总有效率。结果治疗后,2组ABC评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,2组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论担截法在治疗中风后遗症期运动性失语中效果优于传统取穴。

Objective To investigate the efficacy comparison of traditional treatment method and Danjie method in the treatment of motor aphasia in apoplexy sequela stage.Methods A total of 60 patients with motor aphasia in apoplexy sequelae stage were selected from department of acupuncture and moxibution of Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Danjie method,and the control group were treated with traditional treatment methods such as Fengchi(GB20)and Quchi(LI11),etc.Both groups were treated for 20 days.The changes of Chinese Aphasia Kits(ABC),NIHSS score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,ABC scores in both groups were higher than before,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than before,and NIHSS scores in treatment group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Danjie method in the treatment of motor aphasia in apoplexy sequela stage is better than that of the traditional acupoint selection.
