运中固肾法在中晚期肝癌中的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Yunzhong Gushen Method in Advanced Liver Cancer

肿瘤的形成,其病因病机比较复杂,但总体离不开痰、瘀、毒等因素相互搏结,中晚期肿瘤患者更是处于全身大虚而局部邪实的状态,遣方用药需兼顾多个方面。文章从中医理论的角度分析原发性肝癌致病因素及病机特点,探讨省级名老中医尹燕耀教授以“运中固肾法”为基本治法在中晚期肝癌临床中的应用,并列举原发性肝癌中晚期经典验案1则加以例证。

The etiology and pathogenesis of tumor formation is complex,but the overall factors such as phlegm,blood stasis,toxin and so on are inseparable from each other.The patients with advanced tumor are in the state of deficiency in the whole body and excess in the local,so the prescription and medication should take into account many aspects.This paper analyzed the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis characteristics of primary liver cancer from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and discussed the application of Professor Yin Yanyao’s basic treatment method of“Yunzhong Gushen method”in the clinical treatment of advanced liver cancer,and list a classic case of advanced primary liver cancer as an example.
