耳穴压豆配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗高血压病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Evodia Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的研究耳穴压豆配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷对高血压病患者血压的影响及治疗效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年2月在江西省中西医结合医院心血管内科就诊的110例高血压病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分组,对照组55例,接受高血压病的常规治疗;观察组55例,在对照组基础上增加耳穴压豆配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷的中医外治方法。对2组患者血压水平、治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组采用中医外治方法后的血压水平低于采用常规治疗方法后的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率94.5%(52/55)明显高于对照组的74.5%(41/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压病患者在给予常规治疗方法的基础上增加中医外治方法,能够使患者血压水平进一步降低,治疗效果好,促进患者的健康,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with evodia acupoint application on blood pressure and therapeutic effect of patients with hypertension.Methods 110 hypertensive patients who were treated in the department of cardiovascular medicine in Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.55 cases in the control group received routine treatment for hypertension.In the observation group,55 cases were given auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with evodia acupoint application traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods.The blood pressure levels and therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The blood pressure level of the observation group after adopting traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods was lower than that of the control group after adopting conventional treatment methods,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.5%(52/55),which was significantly higher than 74.5%(41/55)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods to patients with essential hypertension can further reduce the blood pressure level of the patients,has a good treatment effect,promote the health of the patients,and have clinical promotion value.
