全息刮痧法治疗肝肾亏虚型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Holographic Scraping Method in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type

目的研究全息刮痧法治疗肝肾亏虚型颈椎病的临床价值。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月来江西省九江市第一人民医院治疗的60例肝肾亏虚型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和常规组,各30例,常规组运用丹红注射液静脉滴注治疗,研究组在常规组基础上加用全息刮痧法,对比2组患者的治疗总有效率及生活质量总评分,分析其临床应用价值。结果研究组的治疗有效率93.33%(28/30)高于常规组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者的生活质量总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者的心理领域评分、社会关系领域评分、环境领域评分、家庭领域评分和生活质量总体评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用全息刮痧法可有效改善肝肾亏虚型颈椎病患者的临床症状,并且该治疗方法可提高患者的生活质量,使患者身心逐渐康复,为临床应用提供价值。

Objective To study the clinical application value of holographic scraping method in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of deficiency of liver and kidney type who came to Jiujiang No.1 People’s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a routine group,with 30 cases in each.The routine group was treated with Danhong injection intravenously,and the study group was treated with holographic scraping on the basis of the routine group.The total effective rate and quality of life score of the two groups were compared,and the clinical application value was analyzed.Results The effective rate in the study group(93.33%,28/30)was higher than that of the routine group(73.33%,22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total score of quality of life between 2 groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological field,social relationship field,environmental field,fanmily field and the total score of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The holographic scraping method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver and kidney deficiency of cervical spondylosis,and this treatment method can improve the patient’s quality of life ability,so that the patient can gradually recover physically and mentally,and provide value for clinical application.
