晕痛针联合眩晕康复操治疗BPPV患者体位复位后残余症状临床观察

Clinical observation on Yuntong Acupuncture Combined with Vertigo Rehabilitation Exercise in the Treatment of Residual Symptoms after Postural Reduction in Patients with BPPV

目的探讨晕痛针联合眩晕康复操治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者体位复位后残余症状的临床效果。方法将60例患者按照随机原则分为治疗组(体位复位后予晕痛针联合康复操进行康复训练)和对照组(采用单纯体位复位治疗),观察并分析2组临床疗效、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分,从而对晕痛针联合眩晕康复操治疗BPPV患者体位复位后残余症状进行探讨。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组总有效率83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后,DHI评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体位复位后予晕痛针联合康复操进行康复训练的疗效优于采用单纯体位复位治疗,能改善患者的症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yuntong acupuncture combined with vertigo rehabilitation on residual symptoms after postural reduction in patients with BPPV.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Yuntong acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercises after postural reduction)and control group(simple postural reduction).The clinical efficacy and vertigo disorder scale score of the two groups were observed and recorded for statistical analysis and comparison,so as to explore the residual symptoms after postural reduction of BPPV patients treated by Yuntong acupuncture combined with vertigo rehabilitation exercise.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,25/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,DHI scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yuntong acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise after postural reduction is better than that of pure postural reduction,which can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.
