5+3一体化临床医学生职业素养培养体系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究“5+3”一体化临床医学生职业素养培养体系的应用效果。方法经学校系统电脑随机选取哈尔滨医科大学2019年1月—2019年12月在校的55例2014级七年制临床医学生及55例2015级“5+3”一体化临床医学生进行研究,分别归为对照组、研究组。对照组接受7年的传统临床医学教育,研究组接受8年的“5+3”一体化临床医学教育,对比2组考核成绩、职业素养及教学满意度。结果研究组理论知识、技能操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组职业道德素养、人文素养、临床技能、科研创新评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意率为92.73%(51/55),高于对照组80.00%(44/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“5+3”一体化临床医学生职业素养培养能够提升医学生的职业道德素养、人文素养、临床技能素养、科研创新能力以及教学满意度,实现教育质量的提升。 Objective To explore the application effect of“5+3”integrated professional quality training system for clinical medical students.Methods 55 cases of Grade 2014 seven-year clinical medical students and 55 cases of Grade 2015“5+3”integrated clinical medical students from January 2019 to December 2019 in Harbin Medical University were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group.The control group received seven years of traditional clinical medical education,and the study group received eight years of“5+3”integrated clinical medical education.The assessment results,professional quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05);The scores of professional ethics,humanities,clinical skills and scientific research innovation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P(<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate in the study group was 92.73%(51/55),which was higher than 80.00%(44/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“5+3”integration of clinical medical students’professional quality training can improve medical students’professional ethics,humanities,clinical skills,scientific research and innovation ability and teaching satisfaction,and realize the improvement of education quality.
