以岗位胜任力为导向的妇科临床实习教育模式探索

Exploration on Gynecological Clinical Practice Education Mode Guided by Post Competency

目的探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的妇科临床实习教育模式及应用效果。方法选取281名2019年7月—2021年6月在福建医科大学省立临床医学院进行本科临床实习的临床医学专业医学生,其中2015级142人,随机分为观察组65人,对照组77人;2016级139人,随机分为观察组73人,对照组66人。对照组按照教学大纲要求进行临床实习教学,观察组在妇科临床实习过程中加强岗位胜任力培训,在妇科实习结束后,比较2组实习生的出科考核得分和临床综合能力考核得分。结果观察组实习生的妇科出科技能考核得分和临床综合能力考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科临床实习过程中对实习生进行岗位胜任力培训,能提高实习生的出科考核成绩和临床综合能力,一定程度上提高妇科临床教学质量,有一定的推广价值。

Objective To explore the post competency oriented gynecological clinical practice education model and its application effect.Methods 281 medical students majoring in clinical medicine who underwent undergraduate clinical practice in the provincial Clinical College of Fujian Medical University from July 2019 to June 2021,including 142 students of Grade 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group of 65 students and the control group of 77 students.139 persons of Grade 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group of 73 students and the control group of 66 students.The control group carried out clinical practice teaching according to the teaching syllabus.The post competency training was strengthened for the observation group in the process of gynecological clinical practice.After gynecological practice,the exit skill assessment scores and clinical comprehensive ability assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Results The examination scores of gynecological graduation skills and clinical comprehensive ability of interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Post competency training for interns in gynecological clinical practice can improve their graduation examination results and clinical comprehensive ability,and improve the quality of gynecological clinical teaching to a certain extent.
