摘要
目的观察人工智能规范化诊疗系统对高尿酸血症及痛风患者的治疗效果。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月在山东省青岛慢性病医院查体中心和住院的高尿酸血症和痛风患者200例,分为单纯高尿酸血症组(122例)和痛风组(78例),两组内部再随机各分为研究组和对照组。研究组采取人工智能规范化诊疗系统,对照组为常规诊疗。48周后收集患者痛风发作情况、尿酸水平、就诊次数及相关指标。结果经48周干预后,高尿酸血症研究组及痛风研究组尿酸水平均明显低于对应的对照组,且单纯高尿酸血症组研究组尿酸达标率86.7%高于对照组68.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.325,P<0.05);痛风研究组关节炎发作次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用人工智能规范化诊疗系统在痛风及高尿酸血症患者的诊疗过程中疗效显著。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of artificial intelligence standardized diagnosis and treatment system on hyperuricemia and gout patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with hyperuricemia and gout who were in physical examination center and hospitalization of Qingdao Chronic Disease Hospital Shandong Province from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into pure hyperurice⁃mia group(122 cases)and gout group(78 cases).The two groups were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group adopted the artificial intelligence standardized diagnosis and treatment system,and the control group adopted routine diagnosis and treatment.After 48 weeks,the gout attack,uric acid level,number of visits and related indicators were collected.Results After 48 weeks of in⁃tervention,the levels of uric acid in the hyperuricemia study group and the gout study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.In addition,the uric acid compliance rate of the study group was 86.7%higher than that of the corresponding control group(68.4%)in the pure hyperuricemia group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.325,P<0.05).The number of arthritis attacks in the gout study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of artificial intelligence standardized diagnosis and treatment system has a significant effect in the diagnosis and treatment of gout and hyperuricemia patients.
