超微血管成像(SMI)技术对浅表淋巴结疾病的诊断价值

摘要 目的评价超微血管成像技术对浅表淋巴结疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性选择2020—2021年于重庆市万州区第一人民医院就诊的浅表淋巴结肿大患者42例(淋巴结数量为51枚),分析超声检查结果和临床资料,将病理结果作为金标准,将二维灰阶超声+彩色多普勒超声、二维灰阶超声+能量多普勒超声、二维灰阶超声+超微血管成像的检查结果与金标准进行对照,计算并对比诊断准确率。结果二维灰阶超声+彩色多普勒超声的诊断准确率为74.51%,二维灰阶超声+能量多普勒超声的诊断准确率为76.47%,二维灰阶超声+超微血管成像的诊断准确率为88.24%。二维灰阶超声+超微血管成像的诊断准确率高于二维灰阶超声+能量多普勒超声、二维灰阶超声+能量多普勒超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超微血管成像技术对浅表淋巴结疾病诊断准确性和临床价值非常高。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultramicrovascular imaging technology in superficial lymph node diseases.Methods A total of 42 patients with superficial lymphadenopathy who visited the First People's Hospital of Wanzhou District of Chongqing City from 2020 to 2021 were retrospectively selected(the number of lymph nodes was 51).The ultrasonographic findings and clinical data were ana⁃lyzed.Taking the pathological results as the gold standard,the examination results of two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound+color Doppler ultrasound,two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound+power Doppler ultrasound,two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound+ultramicrovascular imaging were compared with the gold standard.Calculated and compared diagnostic accuracy.Results The diagnostic accuracy of two dimensional gray-scale ultrasound+color Doppler ultrasound was 74.51%,the diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional gray-scale ultra⁃sound+power Doppler ultrasound was 76.47%,and the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography and ultramicrovascular imaging was 88.24%.The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound+ultramicrovascular imaging was higher than that of two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound+power Doppler ultrasound,two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound+power Doppler ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultramicrovascular imaging technique has high diagnostic accuracy and clinical value for superficial lymph node disease.
