戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装联合妇科养荣丸对功能性子宫出血的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Estradiol Valerate Tablets/Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets Combined Packaging Combined with Gynecological Yangrong Pills on Functional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨功能性子宫出血治疗中戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装联合妇科养荣丸用药的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2019年8月—2021年8月青岛市胶州中心医院功能性子宫出血患者80例,依据用药方法分为联合用药组(戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装联合妇科养荣丸用药)、单独用药组(戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装单独用药),各40例,分析两组血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度、月经变化、临床疗效、出血缓解时间。结果用药后,联合用药组患者的血红蛋白水平高于单独用药组,子宫内膜厚度低于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,联合用药组患者的经期、月经周期均短于单独用药组,月经量少于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组患者的总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于单独用药组80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。联合用药组患者的出血减少时间、出血控制时间、出血停止时间短于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.188、15.554,8.990,P<0.05)。结论功能性子宫出血治疗中戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装联合妇科养荣丸用药的临床疗效较戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装单独用药显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets,combined packaging and gy⁃necological Yangrong pills in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding.Methods Eighty patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted to Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were retrospectively selected.According to the medication method,the patients were divided into combined medication group(estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol and cyproterone tablets compound packaging combined with gynecological Yangrong pills medication),single medication group(estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol and cyproterone tablets compound packaging),each with 40 cases.The levels of hemoglobin,endometrial thickness,menstrual changes,clinical efficacy,and bleed⁃ing remission time were analyzed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin level in the combined medication group was higher than that in the single medication group,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that in the single medication group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the menstrual period and menstrual cycle of the patients in the combined medi⁃cation group were shorter than those in the single medication group,and the menstrual volume was less than that in the single medication group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined medication group was 97.50%(39/40)higher than that of the single medication group 80.00%(32/40),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The bleeding reduction time,bleeding control time and bleeding stop time in the combined medication group were shorter than those in the single medi⁃cation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.188,15.554,8.990,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol and cyproterone tablets combined packaged single medication,the clinical efficacy of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cy⁃proterone tablets combined packaging combined with gynecological Yangrong pills in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding is more sig⁃nificant.
