注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠序贯泼尼松片在难治性支原体肺炎中的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate and Prednisone Tablets for Injection in Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探究注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠序贯泼尼松片在难治性支原体肺炎中的疗效。方法选取合肥市第二人民医院2020年1月—2021年12月100例难治性支原体肺炎患者,以随机抽样法分为干预组(甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、醋酸泼尼松片治疗)与参照组(地塞米松磷酸钠治疗),各50例,比较两组的肺功能指标、疗效、症状消退时间、用药后不良反应。结果用药后,干预组患儿用药后1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗总有效率94.00%高于参照组80.00%,不良反应发生率4.00%明显低于参照组18.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332、5.005,P<0.05)。干预组症状改善时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患儿用药后不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在难治性支原体肺炎中采用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠序贯泼尼松片治疗后,可显著改善肺功能,缩短症状改善时间,疗效确切,且不良反应小,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of methylprednisolone sodium succinate and prednisone tablets for injection in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 100 patients with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia in Second People's Hospital of Hefei from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into intervention group(methylprednisolone sodium succinate and prednisone acetate tablets)and reference group(dexamethasone sodium phosphate),with 50 cases in each group.The pulmonary function indexes,curative ef⁃fect,symptom subsidence time and adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups.Results After medication,the levels of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the intervention group was 94.00%higher than that of the reference group 80.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%lower than that of the reference group 18.00%,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,5.005,P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the intervention group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia with methylprednisolone sodium succinate followed by prednisone tablets for injection can significantly im⁃prove lung function,shorten the time for symptom improvement,and the curative effect is definite,and the adverse reactions are small and the safety is high.
