类风湿关节炎的超声评分研究进展

Research Progress of Ultrasound Scoring in Rheumatoid Arthritis

类风湿关节炎是风湿免疫科的常见疾病,疾病属于慢性、全身性的免疫性疾病,类风湿关节炎不仅会严重降低患者的生存质量,还会为患者的带来一定的精神和生理痛苦。类风湿关节炎的早期诊断对拟定治疗方案具有重要价值,疾病的早期治疗可以有效降低疾病的致残率,改善患者预后。超声评分是临床上得到广泛认可的诊断方式,在类风湿关节炎患者的诊断中,采用超声评分具有较高的应用价值,可行性较高,可以有效地为类风湿关节炎患者的治疗提供参考依据。本研究就类风湿关节炎患者的超声评分情况进行综述。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a common disease in rheumatology department.The disease is a chronic,systemic immune disease.Rheuma⁃toid arthritis will not only seriously reduce the quality of life of patients,but also bring certain mental and physical pain to patients.Early diag⁃nosis of rheumatoid arthritis is of great value in formulating treatment plans.Early treatment of the disease can effectively reduce the disability rate of the disease and improve the prognosis of patients.Ultrasound scoring is a widely accepted diagnostic modality in clinical practice.In the diagnosis of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the use of ultrasound scoring has high application value and high feasibility,which can effectively provide reference for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients.This study reviewed the ultrasound scores of patients with rheu⁃matoid arthritis.
