Patent Analysis of Hyaluronic Acid for Medical and Aesthetic Use

自FDA于2003年12月批准透明质酸用于面部除皱,透明质酸已逐步成为最常用的皮肤填充材料。中国凭借技术不断突破以及规模化生产带来的价格优势迅速成为全球第一大透明质酸产销国。本文对国内医美领域透明质酸的发明专利申请的申请趋势、专利技术构成功效等进行了统计与分析,并对透明质酸原料市场占有率较高的数家国内外企业的交联技术进行了梳理,为相关科研机构及企业充分利用透明质酸开展新技术、研发新产品提供一定的参考。

Since FDA approved hyaluronic acid for facial wrinkle removal in December 2003,hyaluronic acid has gradually become the most commonly used skin filling material.China has rapidly become the world’s largest producer and marketer of hyaluronic acid by virtue of continuous technological breakthroughs and price advantages brought about by large-scale production.The invention patents of medical beauty in China were statistically analyzed from the perspective of application trend,patent technology and efficacy,the cross-linking technology of several enterprises with high market share of hyaluronic acid was sorted out.This study attempts to provide some reference for relevant institutions and enterprises.
