新“限塑令”下可降解塑料行业的发展前景

Current Situation and Prospect of Plastic Pollution Control in China

塑料制品给人们带来生活便利的同时引发了生态环境污染。新“限塑令”下发后,可降解塑料产品替代成为目前塑料污染防治工作中的研究热点。本文简要介绍了可降解塑料的分类、市场应用和污染防控的现状。分析了可降解塑料作为新型材料,研究、推广和应用仍处于初级阶段,还存在技术不成熟、市场竞争力弱、政策支持不到位等问题,建议加大技术研究力度、加强政策支持力度、加快制定行业、团体标准与规范,促进可降解塑料行业健康、绿色低碳发展。

Plastic products bring convenience to people’s lives and ecological environment pollution. After the issuance of the new “plastic limit order”, the substitution of degradable plastic products has become a research hotspot in the current plastic pollution prevention and control work. This paper briefly introduces the classification, market application and pollution control of degradable plastics. It is analyzed that as a new material, the research, promotion and application of degradable plastics are still in its infancy, and there are still problems such as immature technology, weak market competitiveness, and insufficient policy support. It is recommended to increase the intensity of technical research, strengthen policy support, accelerate the formulation of industry and group standards and norms, and promote the healthy, green and low-carbon development of the degradable plastics industry.
