摘要 采用锯齿片和电离丝复合的电晕段及具有较小板间距离的捕集段来提升净化效率,此方法可提升净化设备在高浓度油雾工况下的适应性;在额定风量下,效率可由原来的55%提高到86%。单一改进电晕段或捕集段都能提升净化效率;但在高浓度油雾工况下,改进电晕段对提升净化效率更明显;低浓度时,由于该款净化设备在额定风量下净化效率已达80%以上,对环境要求不高时,就无须对净化设备进行改进。 The corona section composed of serrated blades and ionized wires and trapping section with a small distance between the plates are used to improve the purification efficiency.This method can improve the adaptability of the purification equipment under high-concentration oil mist conditions.At the rated air volume,the efficiency has been increased from the original 55%to 86%.A single improvement of the corona section or the capture section can improve the purification efficiency.Under high-concentration oil mist conditions,the improvement of the corona section will increase the purification efficiency more significantly.When the concentration is low,since the purification efficiency of this type of purification equipment reaches more than 80%under the rated air volume,there is no need to improve the purifier when the environmental requirements are not high.
