活性炭改位对烟气净化工艺效率的影响分析

摘要 生活垃圾的处理方式主要有卫生填埋、焚烧、堆肥,垃圾焚烧以减量化高、减容量大、病菌抑制效果高、工艺稳定成熟和经济效益高而被广泛应用。焚烧法产生的烟气中含有酸性气体、重金属物质、二噁英等污染物,需要经过一系列的净化工艺,满足排放标准后方可排至自然环境。本文基于上海某焚烧厂焚烧工艺和烟气组分,对烟气净化工艺中的消石灰干法效率和活性炭吸附效能进行研究。结果表明:将活性炭与消石灰在不同区域段进行投加,消石灰脱酸的喷射量减少了33%,活性炭对重金属、二噁英等污染物的吸附效能提高了5%~10%,系统运行成本降低30%。 The treatment methods of domestic garbage mainly include sanitary landfill, incineration, and composting. Garbage incineration is widely used for high reduction, large capacity reduction, high pathogen suppression effect, stable and mature technology and high economic benefits. The flue gas produced by the incineration method contains acid gases, heavy metal substances, dioxins and other pollutants. It needs to go through a series of purification processes and meet the emission standards before it can be discharged into the natural environment. Based on the incineration process and flue gas composition of an incineration plant in Shanghai, this paper studies the efficiency of hydrated lime dry method and the adsorption efficiency of activated carbon in the flue gas purification process. The results show that by adding activated carbon and slaked lime in different sections, The injection volume of slaked lime deacidification is reduced by 33 %, the adsorption efficiency of activated carbon for heavy metals, dioxins and other pollutants has increased by 5 %~10 %, and the system operating cost Reduce by 30 %.
