农村污水处理运营管理问题探讨——以芦山县部分农村污水处理运营为例

Discussion on Operation and Management of Rural Sewage Treatment——Taking Some Rural Sewage Treatment Operations in Lushan County as an Example

基于农村污水处理的重要性,本文以四川省芦山县14个农村污水处理运营管理为例,分析了农村污水处理运营管理现状及存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了充分利用信息化监管平台;坚持城乡统筹合理构建农村污水运营管理体系;因地制宜地施行地方污水排放标准;建立运营资金保障体系;推行建设运营一体化等解决农村污水处理运营管理问题的对策及建议。

Based on the importance of rural sewage treatment, taking rural sewage treatment operation and management in Lushan County, Sichuan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of rural sewage treatment operation and management. On this basis, it is proposed to make full use of the information supervision platform;Adhere to the overall planning of urban and rural areas and reasonably build a rural sewage operation and management system;Implement local sewage discharge standards according to local conditions;Establish working capital guarantee system;Implement the integration of construction and operation and other countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of rural sewage treatment operation and management.
