关于化工仪表自动化设备的预防性维修研究

Research on Preventive Maintenance of Chemical Instrument Automation Equipment

随着科技的不断进步,自动化技术为我国化工行业的发展带来了积极的影响。文章首先对仪表故障和故障检测方法进行基本介绍,然后分析自动化仪表常见的问题,以仪表自动化设备的故障预防和维护措施为研究对象,阐述了仪表自动化设备故障的检修策略。针对石油化工企业中,仪表自动化设备故障预防策略,提出改进建议措施,随后结合石油化工生产实际,提出基于现场装置的仪表自动化设备预防性维护策略。

With the continuous progress of science and technology,automation technology has brought a positive impact on the development of China’s chemical industry.This paper first introduces the instrument faults and fault detection methods,then analyzes the common problems of automatic instruments,takes the fault prevention and maintenance measures of instrument automation equipment as the research object,and expounds the maintenance strategy of instrument automation equipment faults.This paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the fault prevention strategy of instrument automation equipment in petrochemical enterprises,and then puts forward the preventive maintenance strategy of instrument automation equipment based on field devices combined with the actual production of petrochemical industry.
