由于液态硫磺具有特殊粘温特性等物性,输送过程有其特殊性和特有要求。本文介绍了一种采用管道长距离输送液态硫磺的技术方法,详细分析和比较了输送各种工艺系统的优缺点,通过工艺计算、某化工厂新建输送管道项目等论证了液态硫磺输送采用长距离管道输送方法的可行性。

Because liquid sulfur has special viscosity temperature characteristics and other physical properties,the transportation process has its particularity and unique requirements.This paper introduces a technical method of long-distance pipeline transportation of liquid sulfur,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various process systems,and demonstrates the feasibility of long-distance pipeline transportation of liquid sulfur through process calculation and a new transportation pipeline project in a chemical plant.
