摘要
SCR法脱硝技术是去除柴油机尾气中的NO_(X)最有效的方法。本文简要综述了SCR技术的原理、影响脱硝率的因素,以H_(2)-SCR和NH_(3)-SCR为例对比分析了不同温度和还原剂下NO_(X)的转化率的不同,归纳得出在不同还原剂条件下反应温度改变时脱硝率也有较大差异的现象,最后总结SCR反应器催化剂入口结构的改进优化对SCR系统的影响,并对未来SCR技术发展做出展望。
SCR denitrification technology is the most effective method to remove NO_(X)from diesel exhaust.In this paper,the principle of SCR technology and the factors affecting the denitration efficiency are briefly reviewed.Taking H_(2)-SCR and NH_(3)-SCR as examples,the difference of NO_(X)conversion rate under different temperatures and reducing agents is compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the denitration efficiency for different reducing agents is also quite different when the reaction temperature changes.Finally,the influence of the improvement and optimization of the catalyst inlet structure of the SCR reactor on the SCR system is summarized,and the prospect of the future development of SCR technology is expressed.
