浅析“碳减排”背景下石化企业VOCs协同治理 被引量:1

摘要 从“双碳”角度出发,对石化企业VOCs减污降碳进行研究,认为VOCs减污降碳过程中,不仅要注重末端治理,同时应关注源头控制;不仅要注重VOCs减排,也要注重VOCs治理过程中的碳排放问题。本文从碳排放和VOCs治理角度对当下石化行业VOCs治理过程存在的问题进行分析,提出要根据VOCs产生的原因,产生VOCs污染物的特性以及VOCs各类污染源的排放现状,对VOCs进行综合治理。同时介绍了石化企业各个污染源VOCs控制源头和治理末端协同减排技术,研究了石化企业VOCs治理技术在减污降碳应关注的重点,提出石化企业VOCs减污降碳协同减排的对策建议,为实现石化企业VOCs减污降碳综合防治提供对策。 From the“double carbon”perspective,the petrochemical enterprise VOCs pollution reduction and carbon reduction research,think that VOCs pollution reduction and carbon reduction process,not only to pay attention to the end of governance,but also should pay attention to the source control;Not only should we pay attention to VOCs emission reduction,but also to pay attention to the carbon emissions in the process of VOCs governance.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the VOCs governance process of the petrochemical industry from the perspective of carbon emissions and VOCs governance,and proposes to carry out comprehensive management of VOCs according to the causes of VOCs,the characteristics of VOCs pollutants and the emission status of all kinds of pollution sources of VOCs.At the same time,the paper introduces the collaborative emission reduction technology of VOCs control source and treatment end of various pollution sources in petrochemical enterprises,studies the focus of VOCs treatment technology in reducing pollution and reducing carbon should be concerned about,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated emission reduction of VOCs in petrochemical enterprises,providing countermeasures for the comprehensive prevention and control of VOCs pollution reduction and carbon reduction in petrochemical enterprises.
