台州市海洋生态环境问题分析与保护对策研究

Analysis of Marine Ecological Environment Problems and Research on Protection Countermeasures in Taizhou

海洋对人类社会生存和发展具有重要意义,党的十八大、十九大分别提出“保护海洋生态环境”“坚持陆海统筹”“实施流域环境和近岸海域综合治理”等工作重点。习近平总书记也强调要关爱海洋,要重视海洋环境污染防治工作。本文基于台州市海洋生态环境现状,分析海洋生态环境保护存在的问题及成因,并提出了针对性的政策和措施。

The ocean is of great significance to the survival and development of human society.The 18th and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward work priorities such as“protecting the marine ecological environment”,“adhering to the overall planning of land and sea”,and“implementing comprehensive management of river basin environment and coastal waters”.President Xi Jinping also emphasized the need to care for the ocean and attach importance to the prevention and control of marine environmental pollution.Based on the status quo of the marine ecological environment in Taizhou,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of marine ecological environmental protection,and proposes targeted policies and measures.
