堆芯支承板流致振动及其噪声分析

摘要 以“华龙一号”反应堆堆内构件中的堆芯支承板为研究对象,结合流致振动现场试验的数据,探究流致振动引起的振动噪声对堆芯支承板在服役期间的结构稳定性的影响。首先在Abaqus6.12软件中进行模态分析及随机振动分析,利用流致振动试验数据修正模型以保证其可靠性;随后将模型及分析数据导入LMS Virtual Lab软件,采用边界元法进行声振耦合分析及声疲劳损伤分析;最后依据分析结果可知流致振动噪声对堆芯支承板结构稳定性影响较小。 The Core support plate,one of the reactor internals of the“Hualong No.1”is taken as the research object.The data of the flow-induced vibration test is considered for exploring the effect of flow-induced vibration noise on the structure stability of the Core support plat during the service career.First of all,the Natural Frequency Analysis and Random Vibration Analysis are performed in Abaqus6.12 finite element software,and the model data are corrected by using flow-induced vibration test data to ensuring its reliability;Then importing the modal and analysis input into the LMS Virtual Lab software,and using the boundary element method to perform the Modal Based Vibro-Acoustic Response Analysis and Acoustic Fatigue Analysis.Finally,according to the analysis results,it could be seen that the flow-induced vibration noise has rare effect on the structure stability of the Core support plate.
