原子荧光光度法测定化妆品中总砷和总硒 被引量:1

摘要 化妆品中砷和硒的测定有多种方法,一般对两种元素进行单独测定,本方法采用原子荧光光度计测定化妆品中总砷和总硒的含量,样品用电热消解仪湿式消解法消解,通过试验找出仪器的最佳测试条件,砷和硒在2~20μg/L范围内线性良好,精密度好,准确度高,砷的线性相关系数为R=0.9999,硒的线性相关系数为R=0.9990,砷的回收率在94.8%~100.7%之间,硒的回收率在88.6%~101.1%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%,可满足于化妆品中总砷和总硒含量的测试。 Many methods are used to determining Arsenic and Selenium in cosmetics.Generally,the contents of two elements are determined separately.The total Arsenic and total Selenium are determined in cosmetics by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry in this method,the sample was digested by wet digestion with electric digestion apparatus.The best analysis conditions were established by the experiment.Under the concentration of 2μg/L to 20μg/L.The linear of Arsenic and Selenium are in good condition.The precision is good,the accuracy is high.The linear correlation coefficient of Arsenic is 0.9999,the linear correlation coefficient of Selenium is 0.9990.The recovery of Arsenic range 94.8%~100.7%,the recovery of Selenium range 88.6%~101.1%.The relative standard deviation of Arsenic and Selenium are both less than 5%.This method can perform the determination of total Arsenic and total Selenium in cosmetic.
