基于蜜胺泡绵的聚吡咯复合材料的原位氧化合成及其对六价铬去除性能研究——一个综合类化学实验

摘要 为改善传统教学实验中直观性、交叉性、创新性和实践性不足的问题,设计了基于蜜胺泡绵的聚吡咯复合材料的原位氧化合成及其对六价铬去除性能研究的新创综合实验。以吡咯为单体,蜜胺泡绵为骨架,采用原位氧化法合成聚吡咯复合材料MF@PPy,得到的产品成本低、六价铬吸附性能优异。本实验安全可重复,对实验室条件要求不高,不仅涉及化学类专业大学生必须掌握的多种化学实验基本操作,还融入了绿色化学、创新等课程思政元素。 In order to improve the situation of intuitiveness,Cross-Disciplines,innovation,and practicality in traditional experiment teaching,a new comprehensive experiment was designed.Using pyrrole as monomer and melamine foam as the skeleton,polypyrrole composite(MF@PPy)was synthesized by in situ oxidation method.The product is low-cost and has excellent adsorption performance of hexavalent chromium.This experiment is safe and repeatable,with low requirements for laboratory conditions.It not only involves a variety of basic operations of chemical experiments that must be mastered by students majoring in Chemistry but also incorporates ideological and political elements of courses such as green chemistry and innovation.
