基于ANSYS的消音器声学性能优化设计研究

摘要 本文通过设计一个实际产品的消音器,通过对比,理论计算和ANSYS仿真结果误差很小,验证了ANSYS计算传递损失和声模态的可行性。分析计算了插管式和隔板式消音器的传递损失,结果表明采用插管式或隔板式消音器可以有效解决普通消音器隔音频段范围窄的问题。使用这种有限元方法优化消音器,可以节省开发成本,同时降低消音器体积。
