基于空间句法的老旧社区适老化景观环境研究--以石家庄市华药社区为例

Research on Aging Landscape Environment of Old Community Based on Spatial Syntax:A Case of Shijiazhuang Huayao Community

研究社区景观环境对老年群体户外活动的影响及适老化景观环境干预分析是本文的主要目标。本文采取现场调研及空间句法相结合的方式,从定性与定量两方面对社区公共空间进行轴线及视域分析,借助Depth Map软件运算社区公共空间的整合度、控制值、连接值等变量参数来探求具有可行性的适老化景观环境规划策略,并结合老年群体生理及心理因素,提出景观环境动静分区及主次节点的干预路径,营造空间安全氛围与归属感等,优化老年人的户外景观环境,为社区公共空间适老化改造提供可供参考的方法。

The main goal of this paper is to study the impact of community landscape environment on outdoor activities of elderly groups and the intervention analysis of aging landscape environment.This paper adopts the combination of field investigation and spatial syntax to analyze the axis and horizon of community public space from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.With the help of depth map software,the paper calculates the variable parameters,such as integration degree,control value and connection value of community public space to explore the feasible landscape environment planning strategy suitable for aging,and combines the physiological and psychological factors of the elderly group,puts forward the dynamic and static zoning of landscape environment and the intervention path of primary and secondary nodes,create space security and sense of belonging,optimize the outdoor landscape environment of the elderly,and provide reference methods for the aging improvement of community public space.
