摘要
本文以寒冷地区大学科研办公楼为研究对象,通过模拟对比的方法分别从自然优先(普通标准)和系统优先(舒适标准)的不同设计技术路线出发,对典型环控模式的热舒适度及环控负荷进行了模拟对比,定量分析了典型环控模式对用户热舒适度、建筑能耗的影响;深入探讨了我国寒冷地区大学科研办公建筑的适应性、整体性环控设计策略,提出基于地区气候和用户建筑行为的地方化、精细化、个性化绿色建筑环控设计方法;通过适应、引导、激发用户的热适应行为,倡导绿色工作生活方式,强化建筑节能的需求侧管理,以期在实际能耗总量控制目标下,获得更加健康舒适的室内环境。
This paper takes a university scientific research office building in a cold area as the research object.Through the method of simulation and comparison,starting from the different design technical routes of natural priority(ordinary standard)and system priority(comfort standard),the thermal comfort and thermal comfort of typical environmental control modes are compared.The environmental control load was simulated and compared,and the influence of typical environmental control modes on users’thermal comfort and building energy consumption was quantitatively analyzed.The adaptability and overall environmental control design strategy of university scientific research office buildings in cold regions of China was discussed in depth.Based on localized,refined,and personalized green building environmental control design methods for regional climate and user building behavior,through adapting,guiding,and stimulating users’thermal adaptation behaviors,the paper advocates green working lifestyles,and strengthens demand-side management of building energy efficiency,with a view to obtain a more healthy and comfortable indoor environment under the actual total energy consumption control target.
