工业遗存再利用的新旧融合研究--首钢园香格里拉酒店

Study on the Combination of New and Old in Industrial Heritage Reuse:Shangri-la Hotel in Shougang Park

在存量更新及旧工业建筑改造已成为潮流的时代,建筑室内装饰如何融入旧工业空间仍待探索。故以北京首钢园香格里拉酒店的工程项目为例,通过讲述此项目建筑结构、空间、装饰、机电及运营全专业配合过程,论述如何在“保留原真”并“因地制宜”的前提下,让旧工业空间与新植入装饰和谐共存,做到区别与统一,并实现绿色低碳的社会目标。

In the era when the stock renewal and the restoration of industrial heritages have become the trend,how to integrate architectural interior decoration into the old industrial space remains to be explored.Taking the regeneration project of Shangri-la Hotel in Beijing Shougang Park as an example,by describing the cooperation process of each discipline such as architectural structure,space,decoration,electromechanical and operation,this paper discusses how to make the old industrial space coexist harmoniously with the newly planted interior decoration,on the premise of“remaining authenticity”and“sticking to local conditions”,so as to achieve distinction and unity,and to realize the social goal of green and low-carbon.
