海口骑楼更新现状调查研究

Investigation on the Renewal of Haikou's Arcade Building

民居多以聚落的形式分布各地,以气候环境为重要影响因素,在不同的地域文化背景下产生不同的生活习惯和居住模式。本文将海口骑楼街区作为主要研究对象,通过实地调研和相关资料收集初步了解海口骑楼的历史文化及发展过程。以街区内部骑楼建筑的立面形式和内部功能平面的划分方式作为主要研究切入点,归纳既有建筑类型并有针对性地为海口骑楼的保护更新提供问题导向,从而进一步思考历史建筑保护更新浪潮下海口骑楼的更新模式与发展前景。

The traditional folk houses are mostly distributed in the form of settlements.Climate is an important influencing factor,which produces different living habits and living patterns under different regional and cultural backgrounds.This Pape is taking Haikou’s Arcade Building as the main research object,the historical culture and development process of Haikou’s Arcade Building were understood through investigation and related data collection.Taking the facade form of the arcade building in the block and the division of the internal functional plane as the main research point,the existing building types are summarized and the problem guidance is provided for the protection and renewal of Haikou’s Arcade Building,so as to further consider the renewal mode and development prospect of Haikou’s Arcade Building under the wave of the protection and renewal of historic buildings.
