群体工程施工进度控制管理

Construction Progress Control Management of Group Project

随着我国经济的不断发展,以及科学技术的稳步发展,建筑工程的开发与发展逐渐倾向于集群开发。大体量建筑工程的开发施工建设消耗高、周期长及涉猎领域广泛,因此需要对施工进度采取有效的控制和管理措施,保证项目的按时交工。完善好施工组织设计,编制可行的施工计划,完善施工进度管理措施,加强施工进度过程控制对于保证整个大型项目的施工工期来说至关重要。本文分析探讨了影响群体工程施工进度的主要因素,并基于北京市冬奥村人才公租房项目,从计划控制与进度分析、周转材料投入分析、BIM的应用对施工进度的管理调控方面进行优化研究。

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the steady development of science and technology,the development of construction engineering gradually tends to cluster development.The development and construction of large-scale construction project has high consumption,long period and wide range of fields,so it is necessary to take effective control and management measures for the construction progress to ensure the timely delivery of the project.It is very important to improve the construction organization design,to prepare the feasible construction plan,to improve the construction schedule management measures,and to strengthen the construction schedule process control to ensure the construction period of the whole large-scale project.This paper analyzes and discusses the main factors affecting the construction progress of group project.Based on the public talent rental housing project in Beijing Dong’ao village,from the plan control and progress analysis,the analysis on turnover material input and the application of BIM to optimize the management and control of construction progress are conducted.
