自2019年我国各省市积极开展自然保护地整合优化的工作讨论会议及整合优化预案的编制以来,截至目前,我国自然保护地体系建设一定程度上进入关键优化阶段,整合优化体系下的自然保护地规划及管理工作正在进入起步发展阶段,因此更加需要针对现状面临的挑战进行深入的国际经验学习。在研究过程中,由于加拿大自然保护地体系与我国具有更为相近的人地关系与设立目标,作为最具代表性的国家公园建设体系,其在分区模式探索、生态保护体系建立、管理模式与法律体系构建、公众交互参与方法探寻等多领域的先进经验,对我国各类自然保护地的规划及管理具有重要的启示意义。

Since 2019,various provinces and cities in China have actively carried out the work discussion meeting on the integration and optimization of nature reserves and the preparation of the integration and optimization plan.Up to now,the construction of Chinese nature reserves system has basically entered the critical optimization stage to a certain extent.The planning and management of nature reserves are entering the initial stage of development,and the critical initial stage requires in-depth international experience learning in response to the challenges faced by the status quo.In the process of research,the Canadian nature reserve system,as the most representative national park construction system among them,has a closer relationship between man and land and setting goals with our country.It has advanced experience in many fields,such as exploring zoning models,establishing ecological protection systems,constructing management models and legal system,exploring public interactive participation methods,etc.,which has important implications for the planning and management of various nature reserves in our country.
