高岭土复合止血敷料的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为改善单一品种敷料的止血性,提高敷料对多种伤口的适用性,以棉/壳聚糖(80/20)纱、玻璃纤维纱为原料,织造3种不同组织结构的敷料基布,再经高岭土整理后制备复合止血敷料。研究高岭土整理前后敷料的液体吸收性、浸出液pH值和体外凝血性能。结果表明:高岭土整理后,3种组织结构的复合止血敷料的液体吸收性和体外凝血性均较整理前相应敷料的性能显著增强,敷料浸出液的pH值几乎不变。其中,接结双层组织的复合止血敷料的液体吸收性最好,平纹组织的复合止血敷料的体外凝血性能最佳。 In order to improve the hemostasis of single species dressings and the applicability of dressings to multiple wounds, three kinds of dressings with different weave structures were woven with cotton/chitosan(80/20) yarn and glass fiber yarn. Then the composite hemostatic dressings were prepared after kaolin treatment. The liquid absorbability, pH value of leaching solution and in vitro blood clotting of the dressings before and after kaolin treatment were studied. The results showed that, after kaolin treatment, the liquid absorbability and in vitro blood clotting of composite hemostasis dressings with three kinds of weave structures were significantly improved compared with those of the corresponding dressings before treatment, and the pH values of the dressings leaching solution were almost constant. Among them, the composite hemostasis dressing with junction double-layer weave had the best liquid absorbability, and the composite hemostasis dressing with plain weave had the best in vitro blood clotting.
