基于地方特色的大学生中医药自信教育策略研究——以安徽中医药大学为例

Research on Chinese Medicine Self-Confidence Education Strategy for College Students Based on Local Characteristics--Taking Anhui University of Chinese Medicine as an example

中医药文化博大精深,传承不衰,是中华民族优秀文化的重要组成部分,高校不断加强大学生中医药自信教育,是新时代高等中医药教育的重要建设内涵。本文紧紧围绕安徽中医药大学的实践探索,提出将新安医学传统文化、医德医风作为新生入学教育的重要内容、将新安故里、新安医学文化馆作为人才培养的重要基地、将高素质专业化师资队伍建设作为人才培养的重要前提、将多元化人才培养课程体系作为人才培养的重要保证、将第二课堂校园文化活动作为学生综合素质培养的重要载体,从而实现将地方医学特色深度融入高校大学生中医药自信教育,提高大学生中医药文化认同感,坚定中医药文化自信,培养人文精神高尚、专业素养良好、综合素质全面的卓越中医人才。

Traditional Chinese medicine culture is profound and enduring,which is one of the important components of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.It is an important construction connotation of higher Chinese medicine education in the new era for colleges and universities to continuously strengthen the self-confidence education of Chinese medicine for college students.Focusing on the practical exploration of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper puts forward that Xin'an traditional medical culture and medical ethics should be regarded as important contents of freshmen's entrance education,Xin'an hometown and Xin'an Medical Cultural Center should be regarded as important bases for personnel training,the construction of high-quality professional teachers should be regarded as an important prerequisite for personnel training,diversified personnel training curriculum system should be regarded as an important guarantee for personnel training,and extracurricular campus cultural activities should be regarded as an important carrier for students'comprehensive quality training.Thus,the local medical characteristics can be deeply integrated into the Chinese medicine self-confidence education of college students,the Chinese medicine cultural identity of college students can be improved,the Chinese medicine cultural self-confidence can be strengthened,and outstanding Chinese medicine talents with noble humanistic spirit,good professional quality and comprehensive quality can be trained.
