疫情背景下强化医学教师责任担当意识的三个维度 被引量:1

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情爆发后,习近平总书记提出“疫情就是命令,防控就是责任”、“坚定信心、同舟共济、科学防治、精准施策”等防控要求。疫情防控是一场全民战役,需要同舟共济、凝心聚力。高校医学教师作为中国医护人员的重要组成部分,其责任意识强弱直接关系到中国疫情防控的大局和稳定。强化高校医学教师责任担当意识需从以下三个维度入手:在认识论维度深入理解责任担当意识的“三层内涵”:国家层、社会层和高校层;在价值论维度正确认识强化责任担当意识的“三种意义”:维护国家团结稳定、汇聚力量抗击疫情、提升教育教学质量;在实践论维度积极探索强化责任担当意识的“四步曲”:明确角色定位、培育家国情怀、提升担责能力、优化担责环境。 Since the outbreak of COVID-19,General Secretary Xi Jinping has called for"epidemic prevention and control is an order,and prevention and control is a responsibility","strengthen confidence,work together in times of difficulty,take scientific measures to prevent and control COVID-19,and take targeted measures".The epidemic prevention and control is a national battle that calls for concerted efforts.As an important part of Chinese medical staff,college medical teachers'sense of responsibility is directly related to the overall situation and stability of Epidemic prevention and control in China.Strengthening the responsibility consciousness of medical teachers in colleges and universities should start from the following three dimensions:understanding the"three connotations"of responsibility consciousness in the epistemological dimension:national level,social level and university level;In the dimension of axiology,the"three meanings"of strengthening the sense of responsibility should be correctly understood:maintaining national unity and stability,pooling forces to fight the epidemic,and improving the quality of education and teaching;In the practical dimension,actively explore the"four steps"to strengthen the sense of responsibility:clear role positioning,cultivate the feelings of family and country,improve the ability to bear responsibility,optimize the environment to bear responsibility.
