家庭系统理论视角下戒毒康复青少年复吸风险及家庭教育策略研究

Study on the Risk of Relapse and Family Education Strategies of Adolescent Drug Rehabilitation from the Perspective of Family System Theory

戒毒康复青少年复吸风险问题是我国禁毒工作面临的工作难点之一,家庭作为戒毒康复青少年回归社会的第一站,在青少年戒毒康复阶段扮演着重要角色。本文根据家庭系统理论,从自我分化、情感融合、情感三角“两个变量和一个核心概念”作为切入点对戒毒康复阶段青少年复吸风险进行分析,并针对戒毒康复阶段青少年复吸行为的家庭因素提出了家庭教育策略,具体包括调整家庭教育重心、坚守心理界限、净化代际传递、赋予成人感四个方面的策略,对优化戒毒康复阶段青少年的戒毒资源,提升其戒毒动机,控制其复吸行为具有积极的参考意义。

The risk of relapse among adolescents undergoing phase of drug rehabilitation recovery is one of the difficulties in drug control work in China.As the first station for adolescents returning to society,family plays an important role in the stage of drug rehabilitation recovery.Based on the family system theory,this paper analyzes the risk of relapse of adolescents in drug rehabilitation recovery stage from the perspectives of self-differentiation,emotional integration and emotional triangle"two variables and one core concept",and puts forward family education strategies for the family factors of relapse behavior of adolescents in drug rehabilitation stage.Specifically,the strategies include adjusting the focus of family education,adhering to the psychological boundary,purifying the intergenerational transmission,and endowing the adult sense,which have positive reference significance for optimizing the drug rehabilitation resources of adolescents,improving their motivation for drug rehabilitation,and controlling their relapse behaviors.
