课程思政视域下中医院校护理本科人文素养培养体系的构建和实践研究

Construction and Practice Research of Humanistic Quality Cultivation System for Nursing Undergraduates in Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Theory Education

目前护理专业人文素质的教育尚存在培养目标课程思政体现不够充分、专业课的课程思政尚未成体系、护理师资课程思政教学能力有待提升、一流的课程思政资源建设尚需拓展等问题。本专业提出从制定突显思政育人的护理人才培养目标,构建践行课程思政、协同思政课程的专业课程体系,培养以文化人、以文育人的专业教师团队,打造优质课程思政资源库,完善教学质量保障体系建设等方面构建中医护理人文素养培养体系,取得了良好的实践成效,可为同类院校护理学专业人才培养提供参考。

At present,there are still some problems in humanistic quality education in nursing,such as insufficient reflection of training target courses in ideological and political education,incomplete system of specialized courses,improvement of ability of nursing teachers,deficiency of first-class ideological and political education resources.We proposed to construct the humanistic quality cultivation system of TCM nursing from the above aspects and achieved good practical results.It can provide reference for nursing talent cultivation in similar colleges and universities.
