摘要
高素质工程技术人才的培养离不开工程教育认证体系的规范与产教融合培养模式的深化。为了强化工科专业人才培养的工程特质,使其达到专业工程教育认证标准的质量要求,并使毕业生能够适应行业企业的近期远期用人需求,总结了沈阳师范大学粮食工程专业高技能工科人才培养中改革与实践的经验,对工程认证与产教融合的概念、人才规格定位、培养目标达成、培养方案修订、培养过程实施、教学条件建设、培养质量跟踪以及培养效果认识等方面进行了梳理与总结,以期为高等教育工程人才的培养提供一定的借鉴。
The cultivation of high quality engineering and technical talents cannot be separated from the standardization of engineering education certification system and the deepening of the cultivation mode of“integration of industry and education”.In order to strengthen the engineering characteristics of engineering talents training, meet the quality requirements of professional engineering education accreditation standards,adapt to the short-term and long-term employment needs of industries and enterprises for graduates,the reform and practical experiences of the cultivation of high-skilled engineering talents in grain engineering in Shenyang Normal University were summarized in this paper.During the professional's training practice,some achievements and experiences were summarized,which including the concepts and relation between engineering education certification and integration of industry and education,cultivation standard orientating,cultivation objectives achieving,training program revising,training process managing,the teaching conditions constructing,cultivation quality tracking,cultivation effects understanding,etc.It is expected to provide some reference and help for the training of engineering talents in higher education.
