摘要 断路器防跳回路主要由若干继电器及辅助节点组成,继电器之间的配合是保证防跳回路和分、合闸回路正确动作的前提。介绍了某变电站母线跳闸事故,并从各方面进行了全面分析,总结出一种断路器防跳回路隐患,确认该隐患为防跳回路中继电器之间在时间上配合不当,导致母线跳闸事故,提出给出了针对该隐患的解决措施。 The anti-pumping-circuit of circuit breaker is mainly composed of several relays and auxiliary nodes. The cooperation between relays is the premise to ensure the correct action of the anti-pumping-circuit and the opening and closing circuits. This paper introduces a bus trip accident in a substation, and makes a comprehensive analysis from all aspects, summarizes a hidden danger of the anti-pumping-circuit of circuit breaker, and confirms that the hidden danger is that the relay devices of the anti-pumping-circuit do not cooperate properly in time, resulting in the bus trip accident. Finally, the paper gives the solutions to the hidden danger.
