仿活性黏合剂TF-321S在涂料深色印花中的应用

Application of adhesive TF-321S in dark pigment printing

用仿活性黏合剂TF-321S在棉梭织物、棉针织物上进行深色涂料印花,探讨了焙烘温度、焙烘时间、黏合剂用量对印花织物得色量、耐摩擦色牢度、手感的影响。结果表明,深色涂料印花的最佳工艺条件为涂料7%,黏合剂TF-321S 25%~30%,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间2 min。该工艺印花棉梭织物耐干摩擦色牢度可达到4级,耐湿摩擦色牢度可达到4~5级;棉针织耐干、湿摩擦色牢度均可达到4级。布面均未测出甲醛,手感柔软,满足高端深色涂料印花市场对高色牢度和高手感的需求。

The adhesive TF-321S is used for dark pigment printing of cotton knitted and woven fabrics.The ef⁃fects of baking temperature,baking time and the amount of adhesive on the color yield,rubbing fastness and hand feel of the fabric are discussed.The results show that the optimum process conditions of dark pigment printing are pigment 7%,adhesive TF-321S 25%-30%,baking temperature 160℃,the baking time 2 min.The dry and wet rubbing fastness of cotton woven fabrics can reach Grade 4 and 4-5;the dry and wet rubbing fast⁃ness of the cotton knitted fabrics all can reach Grade 4;the formaldehyde on the fabrics is not detected,and the hand feel is soft,which can meet the needs of high fastness and excellent hand feel in the high-end dark pigment printing market.
