摘要
通过一甲胺与丙三醇三缩水甘油醚反应得到氨基封端树脂,再与端环氧硅油反应,制备环氧树脂改性聚硅氧烷。优化的工艺为:一甲胺和丙三醇三缩水甘油醚物质的量比为6∶1,氨基封端树脂与端环氧硅油物质的量比为7∶9,端环氧硅油的相对分子质量为12 000,反应12 h。结果表明:用合成的环氧树脂改性的聚硅氧烷处理后,涤塔夫的拒水性能达到90分,接触角为135.6°;棉针织物的手感风格达到4级;涤针织物的手感风格达到3~4级。
The amino-terminated resin is obtained by reaction of monomethylamine with glycerol triglycidyl ether,and then with epoxy-terminated silicone oil to prepare epoxy resin modified polysiloxane.The optimized process is:the molar ratio of monomethylamine and glycerol triglycidyl ether of 6∶1,the molar ratio of aminoterminated resin and epoxy-terminated silicone oil of 7∶9,and the relative molecular mass of the epoxy-termi⁃nated silicone oil of 12000,the reaction is carried out for 12 h.The results show that the water repellency of polyester taffeta reaches 90 points and the contact angle is 135.6°after treatment with the synthetic epoxy res⁃in modified polysiloxane.The hand feel of knitted cotton can reach Grade 4,the hand feel of knitted polyester can reach Grade 3-4.
