椰油酰基抗菌柔软剂的制备及在棉织物上的应用

Preparation of cocamidopropyl antibacterial softener and its application to cotton fabric

以自制的抗菌柔软剂对棉织物进行抗菌柔软整理,优化整理工艺为:抗菌柔软剂质量浓度20 g/L、焙烘温度120℃、焙烘时间90 s。经过整理后的棉织物可获得优良的柔软性、亲水性、抑菌率及手感;白度相对整理前略有下降;经过30次水洗后织物对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率仍能保持在79.1%。

Antibacterial and soft finishing of cotton fabrics is carried out with self-made antibacterial softener.The optimized finishing process is:the antibacterial softener 20 g/L,baking temperature 120℃,baking time 90 s.The finished cotton fabric shows better softness,hydrophilicity,antibacterial rate and hand feeling,but lower whiteness.After 30 cycles washing,the antibacterial rate of the fabric can still remain at 79.1%.
