基于OBE理念的机械工程专业大学生创新创业教育

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Mechanical Engineering Students Based on OBE Concept

在“双创”教育的时代背景下,伴随我国先进制造业发展,推动高校机械工程专业教育综合改革,提高专业人才培养的针对性、适用性,对学校更深层次落实“双创”教育改革提出了新的要求。在分析机械工程专业“双创”教育存在问题的基础上,引入OBE理念,遵循“以学生为中心、以成果为导向、持续改进”的原则,组织、规范、改进机械工程专业的“双创”教育。从明确“双创”教育目标、推进“双创”教育课程体系建设、实现多样化教学、以能力为基础进行考核评价、健全“双创”模式质量监控、整合“双创”教育支撑资源等多个方面进行了分析。期望分析结果对于提升学生的“双创”能力具有积极作用,并对提高高校“双创”人才培养质量具有促进作用。

Under the background of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education,with the development of China's advanced manufacturing industry,the comprehensive reform of mechanical engineering education in colleges and universities is promoted to improve the pertinence and applicability of professional talent training,which puts forward new requirements for schools to implement the"innovation and entrepreneurship"education reform in a deeper level.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the"innovation and entrepreneurship"education of mechanical engineering major,the concept of OBE is introduced to organize,standardize and improve the"innovation and entrepreneurship"education of mechanical engineering major according to the principle of"student-centered,resultsoriented and continuous improvement".This paper analyzes the educational objectives of"innovation and entrepreneurship",promotes the construction of curriculum system of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education,realizes diversified teaching,conducts assessment based on ability,improves quality monitoring of"innovation and entrepreneurship"mode,and integrates supporting resources of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education.The results of expectation analysis play a positive role in promoting the"innovation and entrepreneurship"ability of elevator students,and promote the quality of"innovation and entrepreneurship"talent training in colleges and universities.
