直肠癌手术患者中医特色护理效果观察

Influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with rectal cancer surgery

目的观察中医特色护理对直肠癌手术患者术后康复及并发症的影响。方法选择2020年3月至2021年11月本院收治的直肠癌手术患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受中医特色护理,干预至患者出院;比较两组术后恢复相关指标及术后并发症情况。结果观察组术后首次排气、排便及下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理应用于直肠癌手术患者中可缩短患者术后排气、排便及住院时间,利于促进术后康复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with rectal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with rectal cancer treated in the hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 who underwent surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing,the two groups were intervened until the patients were discharged from the hospital.The postoperative recovery-related indicators of the two groups were recorded and compared,and the incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Results The time of first exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with rectal cancer surgery can shorten postoperative exhaust,defecation and hospitalization time,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.
