摘要
目的进一步加强医院档案管理成效,更好地发挥档案管理在综合管理中的作用。方法分析了医院档案管理工作价值、现状以及存在问题,结合对精细化管理概念和手段的阐述,对在医院档案工作中应用精细化管理进行了初步探究。结果从制度建设、信息化管理、人才建设和创新管理模式等角度对提升医院档案管理工作提出了合理建议。结论医院需要提高管理水平,强化管理队伍建设,改变传统管理观念,不断提升医院档案的应用价值。
Objective To strengthen the effectiveness of archives management and give better application of archives management in comprehensive management.Methods We analyzed the value,current situation and existing problems of hospital archives management,and explored the application of fine management in hospital archives work.Results This paper put forward reasonable suggestions on improving hospital archives management from the perspectives of system construction,information management,talent construction and innovative management mode.Conclusion The hospital needs to improve the management,enhance the team construction,change the traditional management concept and constantly improve the application value of hospital archives.
