摘要
恶性肿瘤为全球主要公共卫生问题之一,手术切除、放射治疗、化学治疗等传统治疗方法虽然能取得较好的治疗效果,但不良反应较大,急需开发新型的治疗药物和技术以改善临床治疗现状。色胺酮为一种吲哚类衍生物,属于吲哚喹唑啉类生物碱,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等药理作用,在医疗领域有良好的开发和应用前景。目前研究发现,色胺酮在抗肿瘤方面的药物活性较为显著,能作用于乳腺癌、胶质瘤、白血病、皮肤癌等多种恶性肿瘤,显著提高恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。本文就近年来色胺酮治疗恶性肿瘤的分子机制相关研究进行综述,旨在为色胺酮应用于恶性肿瘤的临床治疗提供参考。
Malignant tumor is one of the major global public health problems.Although surgical resection,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other traditional methods can achieve good therapeutic effect,but the adverse reactions are relatively large.It is urgent to develop new therapeutic drugs and technologies to improve the status of the clinical treatment.Tryptanthrin is an indole derivative,it belongs to indole quinazoline alkaloids.Tryptanthrin has many pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and antiviral,and it has good development and application prospects in the medical field.At present,the researches have found that the anti-tumor drug activity of tryptanthrin is more significant,which can act on breast cancer,glioma,leukemia,skin cancer and other malignant tumors,and significantly improve the treatment effect for malignant tumors.This article reviews the related studies on the molecular mechanisms of tryptanthrin in treating malignant tumors,in order to provide the reference for the application of tryptanthrin in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
