摘要
目的分析定期保养及预防性维护在医院急救生命支持类设备中的应用及对关键性部件寿命的影响。方法抽选长沙市中心医院2018年2月至2020年3月手术室急救生命支持类设备100件,将2018年2月至2019年2月使用定期保养模式的设备50件设为对照组,2019年3月至2020年3月使用预防性维护管理模式的设备50件设为研究组,比较两组急救生命支持类设备故障发生率、关键性部件寿命以及设备相关不良事件发生率、投诉率、患者满意度。结果研究组急救生命支持类设备故障发生率、设备相关不良事件发生率、投诉率较对照组低,关键性部件寿命较对照组长,患者满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论预防性维护比定期保养更能降低医院急救生命支持类设备的故障率,提高关键性部件寿命,减少设备相关不良事件的发生率、投诉率,提高患者满意度。
【Objective】To analyze the application of regular maintenance and preventive maintenance in hospital emergency life-support equipment and their impact on the life of key components.【Methods】One hundred pieces of first aid equipment in the operating room of this hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 will be selected,50 pieces of equipment will be used in the regular maintenance mode from February 2018 to February 2019,50 pieces of equipment using the preventive maintenance management mode from March 2019 to March 2020 were set as the research group,and the emergency life-support equipment failure rates,life of key components,equipment-related adverse events,complaint rates,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.【Results】The incidence of first-aid equipment failures,equipment-related adverse events,and complaint rates in the reaesrch group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The life of key components of the research group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and patient satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Preventive maintenance can reduce the failure rate of hospital emergency life-support equipment more than regular maintenance,increase the life of key components,reduce the incidence of equipment-related adverse events and complaints,and improve patient satisfaction.
