定振丸联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病患者的效果

Effects of Dingzhen pills combined with Pramipexole in treatment of Parkinson’s disease

目的:观察定振丸联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病患者的效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2021年3月该院收治的83例帕金森病患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组42例和对照组41例。对照组给予普拉克索片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合定振丸治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、统一帕金森评定量表(UPDRS)评分、血清氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MAD)、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组UPDRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MAD、GFAP水平均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:定振丸联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病患者可降低中医证候积分,改善运动功能,调节氧化应激指标水平,其效果优于普拉克索单一治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Dingzhen pills combined with Pramipexole in treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods:83 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2021 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Pramipexole tablets,while the observation group was treated with Dingzhen pills on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,the unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS)score,the serum oxidative stress index levels[malondialdehyde(MAD),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The UPDRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MAD and GFAP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Dingzhen pills combined with Pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease can promote the symptom improvement,is beneficial to the recovery of motor function,and can effectively regulate the serum level state with good safety.
